In the context of the information technology revolution,the Internet of things,big data,and cloud computing is leading to a new round of industrial changes.Data has become an important production factor in the transformation.The SaaS information system leverages the advantages of cloud services in computing,storage,and security,improves data collection,storage,and analysis capabilities.More and more industries are transforming to the informationized industry by establishing SaaS information system services.However,the complex information and technology environment has also led to the complexity of SaaS information systems,besides the design and development of SaaS information systems has remained at the information resources and functional services centered on information institutions,which has increased the difficulty of user cognition and interaction.The essence of the information system service is the user's interaction process of information perception,understanding and application.The analysis and effective presentation of information that meets the user's cognitive needs is the key to improving the SaaS information system service experience.Therefore,to better understand the user's cognitive needs and interactive behavior in information systems,effectively organize and express information,reducing user's cognitive load,and improve system experience has become an important issue.The foundation of this research is theories and methods of cognitive psychology.Through the analysis of user cognitive processes,exploring the cognitive characteristics and general rules,and propose a hierarchical cognitive framework for building information systems and a mental model for user cognition.Then,by analyzing the user experience design elements of information systems,we construct a mapping relationship between hierarchical cognitive frameworks and user experience elements of information systems.Established A hierarchical cognitive-experience framework for information systems.Subsequently,by introducing the technical background and development trend of cloud services,and analyzing the advantages of SaaS in information system services and the significance in the process of Internetization in the industry.Then,from the perspective of information content,information systems and business scenarios,analyzing the complexity of the SaaS information system.In combination with the hierarchical cognitive framework of information system,analyzing the complexity of the information system,that is the information presentation,information relationship and information interaction.Then,combined with the previous theoretical research on the hierarchical cognitive-experience framework of information systems,from the user's cognitive needs and SaaS information system user interface design,proposed results-driven user cognitive needs analysis strategy,including the participatory design,system design,and of rapid test and evaluation,and from the perception layer,cognitive layer and behavior layer analysis,summarizing the design strategy of the SaaS information system user interface.At the end of the article,combined with the previous theoretical research,based on the hierarchical cognitive-experience framework of information systems,through the user's cognitive needs analysis and the guidance of user interface design strategies,participated in the project of smart grid SaaS information system design,validated the SaaS information system user experience design strategy proposed in this paper.
