Informationization management can improve the efficiency and quality of work through the rational management and use of information resources. The informationization of teaching management can not only reduce the extra labor of administrators and teachers in the teaching process, but also enhance the scientific and normative of teaching management.In this paper, based on the analysis of current university teaching process management system, we proposed a set of scientific and standardized informationization solutions, designed and implemented a complete teaching process management system, which has played a good role in promoting the management of the entire teaching process and the improvement of the quality of teaching.In this paper, we started from the related business of the management of university teaching process, carried out a detailed analysis on the practical demand, identified the following key functions which system required, which includes, the teaching calendar function specific to the circumstances of each section of each course, the teaching calendar modify function for course scheduling and modifying in small range, the vouchers statistics and workload statistics function based on teaching calendar, the assessment function for evaluating teaching situation, the analysis function of assessment data. On this basis, we determined the technical architecture and functional architecture of the system, divided the system into teaching calendar maintenance management module, teaching assessment module and workload management module, designed the class structure and the database structure which system required, and finally implement the system.In the system implementation, this paper fully considered the characteristics of the system and the user’s needs, choose to use the Java programming language, integrated current mainstream Struts+Spring+Hibernate development frameworks and their UIMS and BSUIMS development framework to implement a user interface management system architecture design, and completed configuration management of the system by Model-Driven method. In accordance with the module architecture design, the system is divided into several different modules through the functions, fully enhanced its cohesion in the design of the module, reduced the coupling between each other. In the system security, weused a hybrid J2EE-based B/S and C/S architecture design, managed the filter of role privileges, and used a common filter to enhance the security of the system. In the expansion of the system, used a well-designed interface to improve system scalability and reusability.This paper presents the advantages of the system and innovation in the overall design, which includes, perfect system functional design, reasonable and practical authority filtering mechanism, systematic and scientific teaching process management system design, and so on. The teaching calendar system which is proposed and implemented by this system refined the specific content of teaching, and established a teaching calendar data-based teaching process management and supervision system. The design of each features throughoutthe teaching process, which has strong timeliness and feedback in the management of teaching process. At present, the system has been successfully applied, achieved a certain effect onimproving the management of school teaching efficiency and standardization, optimized the teaching process management model, made contribution to teaching management informationization.
