Research And Analysis On Teaching Workload Management System Of Pu'er College

With the rapid development of information technology and the attention of the country to higher education, the scale of domestic colleges and universities is increasing day by day, and the corresponding teaching staff is also greatly improved. College teachers’ workload management by traditional handwork statistics and manual accounting is of low efficiency with high error rate. Thus it seriously affects school education, teaching reform and the informatization process. The teaching workload management system and network management are to be solved. Therefore, this paper tries to analyze:and research Pu’er University’s teaching workload management system in view of the actual situation of teaching workload statistics and pay accounting, combined with workload management of teachers, salary management and teachers’ information management method.This paper focuses on the research and analysis from the aspects of teaching workload management system, business function, and data analysis. First of all, the research background of the system is introduced. And then the research and application status of the project and research significance of similar systems are studied. Secondly, in the part of business systems’ analysis module, the fundamental business issues and the various departments responsible for the functions are analyzed. Main responsibilities of the personnel in the original process are clarified. In the end, an optimized process is presented. In the part of the analysis system function module, both the user role division and system user case are given detailed analysis. This part analyzes the overall function of the Pu’er University teaching workload management system package subgraphs and functional specification of package diagram. In the part of system data analysis module, the system control diagram, the function modules of thumbnail class diagram and entity relationship are illustrated in detail. And a detailed database table structure is established. Finally, the research and analysis of the work of the whole system are summarized and elaborated in the direction to improve the shortcomings of teaching workload management system and the system in the future is prospected.
