Design And Implementation Of Teaching Process Management

With the development of teaching informationization, the informationized design of teaching management system not only bring improvement of the efficiency of teaching management, but also make the teaching management scientific and standardized.This paper is based on the design of the teaching process management of educational management information system, and provide a complete set of teaching process management solution from the aspects of managing and maintaining the whole teaching process, improving the teaching quality, and so on. The teaching process management is analysed and designed in this paper mainly from three aspects of the maintenance of teaching task, the creation of learning center and the design of teaching evaluation.As for related business in the teaching process management, this paper has a detailed requirements analysis and the solution to the key problem of the system is given. Mainly includes:the detailed design of specific content of the teaching, through the analysis of teaching calendar design refine teaching process management, making the teaching process management specific to each class.On the basis of this the system provide the online learning process management model, By providing online question, answering questions online, the online job submission, attendance etc, to help students and teachers to complete the whole learning process management.The main purpose of the teaching process management is to improve the teaching quality, In this paper we design a systematic and scientific assessment system, Department in charge of teaching can collect the required student assessment data by setting the different assessment templates in different time, meanwhile, The system provide the data analysis function, according to the statistical results can be timely feedback to the teaching process, to help teachers and students to improve the experience of teaching and learning process.From these three aspects to complete the monitoring of the whole teaching process,to achieve the standardization of the teaching process management, and teaching quality can be guaranteed.To meet the user requirements and characteristics of the system development, the system use the Java programming language in technology, integrate the Struts+Spring +Hibernate framework which is the mainstream at present and its own UIMS and BSUIMS development framework to complete user interface management system architecture, complete system configuration management by using model-driven idea.According to the module architecture design on the function, the system is decomposed into different modules design to increase the cohesion of each module of the system and reduce the coupling between modules; On the system security, the system uses permissions filtering management based on the role, at the same time enhance the security of the system operation by setting the general filter; on the system scalability, the system complete system integration and reuse through well-designed interface.The innovation point of the system overall design and the characteristics of the system itself are given in this paper.mainly include perfect system functional design, good filtering mechanism, the establishment of the systematic and scientific teaching management system,etc. Based on refinement of teaching content, establish teaching process management supervision system for the specific teaching calendar,the design of the system throughout the entire opening phase of the course.At present, the system has been used successfully and achieved some effect, improved the efficiency of teaching process management of the school to some extent, at the same time made teaching process management more standardized and management mode more scientific.
