Deepening in the teaching of information technology today, teaching efficiencyimprovement has become an important goal of teaching management informationsystems, of course, advances in information management systems also broughtscientific teaching management and rationalization. This study is based on the courseof the process of teaching management information management issues, explored amanagement system designed to provide a complete set of teaching processmanagement solutions focusing on the teaching process, teaching informationmanagement, quality management.Teaching process management related to all aspects of teaching, maintenanceand monitoring of the specific content of the course is teaching management,teaching there at the end of a specific evaluation process, which are included in theteaching process among management. In E Learning (E-learning) is now evolving,teachers and students learn to communicate on the network has become a verynormal thing, of course, these are also greatly simplifies the work of teaching contentmanagement. This paper firstly analyzes the process of teaching model based on theteaching process capability maturity (TP-CMM) and related control and managementto innovate through specific workflow systems. In the implementation process of the system,mainly developing applications, which uses meta Tipton EOS technologies and B/Sstructure of the network model, many users do not need to install software on thesystem can be used in the network, three-layer structure in the construction of thesystem plays an important role, the core layer is a business logic layer, and whereinall the business logic and presentation logic, or a specific business logic modulecorresponding to each other, the workflow engine related logic calling process is very simple, and facilitate the realization of the overall system functions, systemcapacity in terms of enhanced reusability.Based on the specific analysis, mainly on account of the system’s overall innovationsystem itself and adapt content, system performance optimization and innovation arethe focus of this article, especially given the privilege depth filtration mechanism,construction aspects of teaching management system exploration and analysis.Calendar of daily teaching building is a learning management system is an importantmeasure of precision, for curriculum design has a positive impact significance. Inanalyzing this issue, it is possible to achieve the comprehensive functions ofTP-CMM process model and workflow technology for achieving the goal ofteaching management has a positive effect, in particular the operation of the system,with workflow technology can be good fit together, for the significant impact of theteaching process. The current system design, has achieved a lot of features, forteaching management efficiency also has very important significance, not only toachieve the standardization of teaching management process, but also to teachingschool management efficiency has been improved, teaching mechanism scientificrationalization has been formed.
