In this great environment,college should strengthen the information-based management of computer laboratory andpractice teaching, optimize computer teaching resources reasonably, carry out a completeopening of the laboratory and increase the students’ opportunities of operating the computer.At the same time, college should carry on some data analysis according to the data from theabove ways, provide science reference information for decision management, and establishthe policy strategy of farsighted development, so as to form a virtuous cycle. Therefore, inorder to meet the demand of computer laboratory teaching management system, this analysisand design has been made.According to the my teaching and managing experience about computer laboratory,Combined with laboratory equipment management and teaching management and author ofmany years of experience, has designed a set of open laboratory teaching managementsystem.The system includes four parts, equipment management, teaching management,decision support management and system management.It meets the demand of practical information technology work, improve the manager’sworking efficiency, optimize resource use in laboratory teaching, and strengthen students’physical operating capability. And the teaching management provided the functions ofreserving experiment, long range teaching and so on. It provides convenience for students’experiment operation after class. Decision management provides the functions of printingreports, analyzing data etc., it provides reference information for college decision, and it isthe decision-making performance. Teaching management and decision management are thehighlights of this system.The system worked out the technique problems during carrying out,such as using the LINQ technique to carry on safety system, methods of users’ authenticationverification, establishment of report realization and data analysis etc., it helps to complete thetopic, is the important technique result of this topic as well.The system through a series of tests, get the following conclusion: test system as a whole,intuitive interface specification. Rational layout, menu function is simple, basic requirements.Module partition is reasonable, basically realize the needs of users, with real-time,fault-tolerance and so on, to ensure the normal operation of management system. But thesystem has not been added to the data backup and restore functionality, lacking in data security. Because of the lack of time and experience, the system test is relatively simple,strengthen be in beta phase.
