Research And Realization Of Network Virtual Laboratory Platform In The Mode Of Distance Open Education

As we all know that experimental teaching plays an important role in subjectteaching process. Face-to-face teaching of theoretical knowledge and experimentalteaching of practical operation relevant to each other but also has differences. The lackof either makes the whole teaching process unavailable or meaningless. While theappearance of maladjustment between experimental teaching of distant open educationand teaching model of distant open education makes the online laboratory teachingsystem under researching and developing computer network environment become theprimary task today and also the development tendency of modern education technologyapplication.This article bases on experimental phase during the learners’ study process,analyzes the general demand of computer network distance laboratory teaching platform,and also designs and realizes computer network online laboratory teaching system,which fits for the learning features of students under distant open education, bases onthe design principles and goals of system platform.First of all, this article earnestly analyzes different demands of kinds of users whenusing this system platform, includes students, teachers and administrators, finallyensures the functional demands of the platform system through research and alsofinishes dividing its service module.Secondly, direct at its functional demands, the platform system’s generalstructureand function are defined through the design principles and goals of the system and thesystematic structure applying in establishing the platform is also decided throughcontrasting and analyzing the merits and demerits of these two systems.Then the main functional modules of this platform system are specifically designedand realized and the background data base is also detailedly designed.At last, the article analyzes the realizing environment of this platform system andintroduces the specific realizing of its main modules. By contrasting the merits anddemerits of all kinds of developed tools and developed languages, aiming at thedevelopment and design of this platform system, the VBScript scripting language and ASP.NET’s developing environment are chose to finish the establishment of thisplatform system.
