In recent years, the embedded systems are widely used in full-color LED such asARM and microcontroller. Full-color LED display system is usually used as a separateindependent system. RS232or RS485is used to transmit data between the LED and thecontroller. The products can not satisfy the real-time control over a long distance. At thesame time, the speed of processing the data and the continuity of display have a lot oflimitations.Due to the above disadvantages, SOPC embedded system is used in this project. By10m Ethernet, image data is transmitted in the FPGA platform. This design is much fasterand more flexible. At the same time, in order to achieve the computer asynchronousdisplay, a SDHC card for data storage is added in this system. The main content of thisdesign includes hardware system building and software writing. The hardware systemdesign mainly includes circuit design and SOPC system building. Software design mainlyincludes Ethernet nuclear transplantation design, Ethernet data transmission module design,SDHC card storage module design and LED display module design.According to the current technology, device characteristics, system performance,production cost and many other factors are fully considered in this design. The hardwaresystem is constructed with SOPC system. Finally, the system is optimized with logicsynthesis and simulation. The real-time video signals display through the Ethernet and theasynchronous display based on SDHC card storage are completed. The expected goal ofthis design is reached.
