Nanorobots is an emerging field, which can make us control、cut and assemble the single nanomaterials effectively in the nano space, and do the precise physical measurements for nano monomer, and the major areas of the research are the precise manipulate between nanoscale objects and atomic scale. In recent years, people attempt to put the scanning probe microscope or the nano controller to scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope, and in the current, the control software are not intelligent enough, so people call it in-situ electron microscopy nano manipulator. The paper is mainly introduce the design and manufacture electronic control system of in-situ electron microscopy nano manipulator. The system is about upper computer and lower computer, and the main achievements are shown as below:In the lower computer, By using TMS320F2812as the main control chip and the DAC7724as the aid chip, we can product the control circuit board, which can produce the Pulse and DC signals.The system has two upper computers, which can control the nano manipulator motion in all directions. One of the upper computers is pc, and the other is PS joypad. On the PC, we use Visual Basic language development the control software, and the communication between PC and DSP is through RS232. In the other way, the PS joypad can send the control signal to DSP by its buttons, which will control the nano manipulator finish the task.
