Design of the Blasting Parameters in Tunnel System Based on Visual Basic is one of the important subjects in the realm of the engineering blasting research. In this paper , the Visual Basic 6.0's internal control is made use of establishing a tunnel excavating windows, and applies Visual Basic to realize each control effect. The geology condition and various parameters are input it and choosing corresponding blasting methods. Different blasting methods chooses the different the formula blasting and parameters, parameters are calculated and output according to editing a code and setting up an attribute. According to tunnel dimension, form, the network picture of tunnel blasting is drawn by Visual Basic 6.0's pictures functions.In the process of blasting project, in order to make designer can conveniently and preciselyseek the relevance parameter and example blasting, the database management system exploding is built. The rock, dynamite, example data base are built coming VB and the Access link-up. All kinds of rocks' name, characteristic property, unit weight, classification, compression strength, rock sturdiness modulus detonating nature etc, are ascertained in the database according to the classification of rock in the rock data base. The dynamite name, density, valiant degree etc, are ascertained according to the dynamite classification in dynamite data base. Collecting the explosive data in the past, building an example of data base, and we can analyses the detonating parameter that system designs. Administration is coming true in data base of all kinds by adding, preserving, deleting, revising order to the data.This paper decides the best one of all blasting schemes by analytic hierarchy process withthe purpose of reducing the total blasting cost for an engineering example, give the basic principle and calculation procedures of this method for the engineering example, the result obtained by use of analytic hierarchy process is simple in calculation, and can expresses in numerical value the advantages and disadvantages of all blasting schemes for the optimizationof blasting schemes, so it is a practical optimization method.The system possesses friendship interface, handiness, strong commonality and easy maintenance.
