3D Visual Management System Of Chemical Equipment

Equipment management is an important field of enterprise management, it is very significant to strengthen equipment management in order to guarantee enterprise smoothly carrying on and enhance the enterprise's productive efficiency. But at present the computer is mainly used to manage equipment account management, and the common equipment management system is appeared by the writing form in front of the user. It has not provided the good geography and the spatial expression interface, so it separates the equipment graph from its corresponding performance parameter. As a result, it is very difficult for the administrative personnel to relate the equipment graph with its performance parameter. Thus it is inconvenient to the management.The visual management is further development of the computer archives management, it enables the superintendent to have the image concrete concept of equipment, view the equipment location and contour and all parameters clearly. It will be very helpful not only in the new workshop plan design, also in the equipment reasonable use and management. If the equipment management system was designed to the visual management of computer aided system, it would provide a more direct-viewing operating mode to the managers, and enhance the management efficiency and level.This paper uses the Visual Basic programmed language to develop the 3D visual management system of chemical equipment which is suitable to chemical enterprise according to the characteristic and content of the chemical enterprise equipment management. At the same time, it makes second development of AutoCAD with Visual Basic, and designs the 3D fast modeling procedure for the chemical factory common equipment such as heat exchanger, reactor, the tower equipment, the storage tank as well as the valve pipeline and so on, it can fast establish the equipment's 3D simple model according to inputing several parameters by the visual interface provided by the...
