Lead shielding container,as a spent fuel transport container,need to through a heat treatment process in the factory.Temperature control system plays an important role in the manufacturing processes of lead shielding container because the performance of heating system will directly affect the quality of products.Distributed control system is one of the most popular control system for temperature control system,which based on industrial computer and take decentralized control,centralized display and coordinated control as design principles.Configuration software,important part of the distribution system,is a dedicated software in industrial control computer for data acquisition and process control.With the fast development of computer software technology, automation technology,field bus technology and distributed control system,configuration software become an important part of automated control systems.At present, a large number of general configuration software with different performance are developed by domestic and foreign enterprise.It is not convenient to build run interface by the graphical configuration for that the graphical configuration tend to take the versatility as a priority in order to meet different requirements.The implementation of communication protocol in the configuration software is relate to complex computer programming so the device manufacturers are always asked provide support.A kind of temperature control configuration software is designed in this thesis combined with temperature control system project of spent fuel container to solve these problems what have been mentioned above. Graphical configuration and communication protocol configuration are extensively studied.Firstly,the requirements of temperature control system is analyzed and the structure of software is designed based on database.According to the requirements of temperature control and the characteristics of VB display controls, one kind of graphical configuration based onimage is put forward.The run interface is divided into three functions graphics,included static graphics, parameter display graphics and graphical parameter input graphic.Implementations of every function graphics are given later.The achievement of communication protocol is based on the configuration files and configuration tables. The content of communication protocol is stored in the text in a format as configuration files.Put communication interface, message information,parameters’ information in configuration table in the database.The configuration software communicate with the device by protocol analysis program that can dynamically generated or parse messages by parsing configuration files and configuration tables.It has good prospects to provide a new solution for non-professional program developers by dynamically adding communication protocols through adding the configuration files and configuration tables.Compared with the general configuration software, the software,with promptness of building run interface and convenient of achieving communication protocol, designed in this thesis has the advantage.The software,accepted by client,have run for a long time.
