Studied the international standards of Test Devices of Enthalpy Potential Air-conditioner.Based on the knowledge of the structure,performance,function principles.Using object oriented (OOP) programming language Visual Basic developed the application software of Test Devices of Enthalpy Potential Air-conditioner.This software have those functions,such as data Acquisition real-time control,dynamic analysis and data processing.Data acquisition process and realize process are introduced in detail.Gave the original model for the security of the test data management.Designed and realized two level purview.Designed the background database model for the Enthalpy Potential test.It can queried preterit data and redraw the data curve.This software is validated by defrost test of the Unitary Air-Condition.The test result indicate the software is good for use .This software is accord with it be expected.
