| Farm library is a nonprofit cultural establishments set up in rural areas for rural residents to use.As of august2012, the country has all the conditions for the establishment of administrative villagesfarm library,.However, the end of the "farm library project" does not mean the end of the farm library work, but is formally put into operation state farm library, began to play a role.Farm library in Luancheng country Hebei province for the study,selected nigh rural type of case investigations, updates on advocacy work after the completion of the farm library, publications, management and operation are analyzed and thinking,conclusions are as follows:publicity is the premise of the role of the farm library,county official media county and village official television media in the dissemination of big horn rural farm library in rural inferior to form a unique spread by word of mouth; a steady stream of publications updated farm library to play a role to ensure that,lack of field research publications update caused a waste of publication "south orange north trifoliate" type of resource,complete update enables publications to update the book lost relevance, away from the reading needs of rural residents,away from the reading needs of rural residents, and the lack of field surveys and rural residents to participate in the "behind closed doors" type of book updates so run farm library effect greatly reduced;development and implementation of the management system is the fundamental role of the farm library,missing administrators work to limit the quality of rural residents and supervision of relevant departments are not in place to make the management of farm library still there is a big problem;the establishment of the farm library in rural schools to benefit the majority of teachers and students, the focus of publicity, publications, scientific updates and targeted management provides us with the idea of a reference available. |
