Crude oil stabilization is one of the most important production processes inpetrochemical enterprise, and is also one of the biggest energy consumption processesin a gas company, so the utilization of crude oil and the enterprise economic benefit wasdirectly affected by the production control level. In reality, the vast majority ofenterprises using DCS to control this process, which is not only results in overqualifiedand resource waste, but also brings to the company a huge capital investment due to thecrude oil stabilizer generally belongs to the smaller system, so the use of DCS is notpromoted. For this reason, we take the crude oil stabilizer as the controlled object, usingthe fieldbus technology, PLC control technology and fuzzy control algorithm to design anew type of automatic control system between the DCS to FCS transition stage. In viewof the user requirements, this paper only run the design of fuzzy control algorithm forcomprehensive water content and furnace outlet temperature, and the rest still use thetraditional control methods.The digital communication technology of PROFIBUS-DP bus is used in this paperto overcome the defects of analog signal control in the traditional “one-to-one”connection mode, and has improved the reliability of the system and adaptability to thescene environment; For the comprehensive water content which is a complex controlledobject, the fuzzy control method of the “four-valve” linkage is proposed, and avoid theinfluence of slow or stop production caused by the exorbitant moisture content of crudeoil; The PID control algorithm which is used for the furnace outlet temperaturereplacement for the fuzzy control algorithm and enhance the control quality;Furthermore, in order to overcome the defect that moisture content of crude oil unableto measure real-time, the soft instrument of forecast composite water is used in this paper.In this article, firstly, we describe the design of prediction model of comprehensivewater content. Secondly, we amplify the design work of fuzzy controller forcomprehensive water content and furnace outlet temperature, and compare the fuzzycontrol to conventional PID control by the SIMULINK software, and intuitively provethe advantages of fuzzy control scheme; At last, we introduce the realization of theentire control scheme which includes the design of application, the design andconfiguration of hardware control system, Ethernet communication between upper andlower computer, WinCC monitoring interface design and so on; In the aspect ofapplication program design, focusing on the PLC realization of fuzzy control algorithmfor furnace outlet temperature.
