Fieldbus is the product of the development which from industrial control networksto the fieldlevel, it has all-digital, distributed, open, two-way transmission and Multi-branches characteristics. The fieldbus control system which represents the direction ofdevelopment of the industrial control network technology once appeared, it will becomethe hot spot of global industrial automation technology,its performance in the controlcompletely dispersed, which requires the controller in the bus network to achieve fieldcontrol, and has some intelligence for the complex control object.This paper designs a fuzzy controller which can be used for fieldbus (PROFIBUS)network directly. In fact, it acts as a PROFIBUS-DP slave station. The host Controllermodule selects the32bits S3C2440chip with ARM920T core as the microprocessor ofthe controller, the controller achieve eight A/D converter inputs, four D/A conversionoutputs, switch input and output, LCD display, watchdog and other basic functionsthrough the peripheral circuit design. The PROFIBUS communication module selectsSPC3of SIMENS Company as PROFIBUS bus protocol conversion chip, which can bedirectly connected to the PROFIBUS bus through the RS485driver and the opticalisolation. Aiming at the control object in the actual industrial control field has nonlinear,large delay, strong-jamming characteristics and so on, this topic chooses fuzzy controlmethod, which overcomes the deficiencies such as low anti-jamming capability of thetraditional control technology and unable to meet complex control requirements. Basedon fuzzy controller, here adds the tracking-differentiator in order to solve differentiateinaccurate, not timely defects, and designs on-line adjusement function.According to the compare of traditional PID control and fuzzy controls withnonlinear tracking-differentiator through MATLAB simulation results, it verifies theadvantages of the fuzzy control technology in the complex control system. ThePROFIBUS communication function of the controller is achieved by experiment withthe virtual master module connecting to fuzzy controller, which verifies the correctnessand validity of this paper design.
