Research On Pressing Workshop Control System Based On Profibus-DP Fieldbus Sugar

Press workshop sugar-refinery is sugarcane juice extraction production workshop, juicing production directly affects the production efficiency and the rhythm of sugar enterprises. The application of PROFIBUS-DP Fieldbus in the crushing workshop implementation speed control, eliminating the backward traditional relay-contactor control system, provide a good foundation for the realization of industrial automation and information of plant.This paper mainly aims at the characteristics of the existing press workshop control deficiencies and PROFIBUS-DP, designed based on PROFIBUS-DP mill press workshop control system. Describes in detail the composition control system, PROFIBUS-DP communication network settings, PLC through the hardware configuration and program design of DP with MM440controller, DC governor6RA70. The effects of pressing conveying sugarcane quality control problems, an adaptive fuzzy PID controller was designed based on Siemens PLC, including hardware configuration and program design. Through simulation tests show that the control algorithm selection and achieved a good control effect, and opens a new way to design the automatic control system for balancing press.
