Fieldbus as one of the most popular control technologies has become main information communicate technology in automation system and Field equipment.In middle of this,Profibus is widely used in international fieldbus technology.Because this technology has follow features: internationalization,open,flexibility and reliability,it is widely applied in manufacturing automation, process automation,building automation and so on.This paper introduces Profibus fieldbus technology and some several fieldbus forms. Moreover,according to introduce Profibus-DP,Profibus-PA and Profibus-FMS in detail,the paper which take the furnace as control object and make use of Profibus technology,adapt fieldbus control net to develop and design monitoring system.At the same time,the system adapts SIMETIC WinAC controller,STEP7 configuration software,and WinCC monitoring software to achieve follow functions of furnace,such as process control,real-time monitoring,the more remote monitoring and alarm.Aimed at the furnace has follow Characteristics:Nonlinear,Large time-delay,Time-varying,it is difficult to make the precise mathematical model.Fuzzy PID control method is proposed.Fuzzy PID control method and PID control method are compared,the simulation results show that the Fuzzy PID control method has better control performance than PID control method as the model parameter has changed.The implementation of the control system achieves the furnace Fieldbus control, and has important theoretical and practical significance of the furnace industrial control.
