With the rapid development of mobile phone technology and mobile communication network as well as the widespread use of communications technology in modern people’s lives, more and more customers use communications technology and more and more requirements have been expressed by customers. Jining Mobile Group has to pay high attention to the management of the customer’s business, requiring to produce a better interactive system that can better optimize manage client orders, corporation orders, group orders and the system information.The customer’s business management system for Jining Mobile Group is developed by the object-oriented JAVA language with B/S architecture, the reception mainly uses HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), CSS and JavaScript scripting language, and uses jQuery framework to be compatible with all major browsers. The development of the background combines with the mainstream open source framework (Spring, Struts and Hibernate), completing the automatic injection for components and the transaction management for database by Spring, building cross-database platform by Hibernate to reduce the influence of system on coupling between database products, finishing the common system module wrapping by Struts, such as the transform from the client text data to the complex system data and data validation and internationalization. In order to achieve unity of system data manipulation and display, the system uses jfreeChart plug-in for unified management of graphical data, and uses using display Tag for unified management of tabular data.The system ultimately implements five modules, including registration of the relevant user information, the relevant user information management, user group management, group product order management and group system information management. Specific actions include:registration of EC users’ personal information, registration of EC user company information, management of user directory, booking application for group products, order change application, query of system information on web page, system information query of SMS, system information query of mail. The construction of the customer’s business management system for Jining Mobile Group can greatly improve work efficiency of the operator (Jining Mobile Group), standardizing the approval process of customer orders to avoid a lot of man-made mistakes, and can promoting the company’s latest products in a timely manner to bring more benefits. Furthermore, customers can order products through the system, and assign products to employees, and can accomplish the management of employee groups and contact groups, simplifying the daily management work for the customer.
