Evaluation Of Basic Government Officials, Information Literacy AHP Method

Civil servants of basic level are in the fight for the service of the people. And in theInformation age they can use their ability to improve the efficiency of informationliteracy of serving the people. Thus, nowadays, it has become a hot issue that how tocomplete the task better and faster. Especially, how to evaluate the capability of basicpublic service information literacy is the main aspects which are related to the civilservice information literacy problem base. The study, having combined with scholars oninformation literacy evaluation index, innovatively puts forward the index system ofinformation literacy evaluation of civil servants of basic level, and develop scaleevaluation index system by the use of the analytic and hierarchy process, which is usedto analyze index, finally obtains the weights of the indexes, so as to provide supports forthe civil service examination base of information literacy.
