In the context of the information age,the traditional teaching and learning is facing major changes,this trend is bound to cause changes in the way students learn to adapt information education.The ultimate goal of education informatization is the cultivation of information technology talents,and the main indicator of information talents is the student's information literacy.General school system education makes the students,information literacy varies,Ningxia primary and secondary school students' information literacy is influenced and constrainted by the regional,cultural and other factors,and how its level and development status?In what areas need to improved?This requires further exploration.In this paper,through the literature analysis,field research and data analysis,and based on the development level of basic education students' information literacy in Ningxia,the paper chooses the appropriate method and the process and builds a suitable for initial draft of the index system to assess Ningxia primary school,junior high school,high school students Information literacy,based on the preliminary draft formed a set of specific assessment tools.Through the index system applied to the experimental school and the evaluation of indicators and tools for two rounds of verification,the paper ultimately formed the final formation of Ningxia basic education students information literacy evaluation index system,containing five first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators,44 primary school third-level indicators,51junior high school third-level indicators,53 high school third-level indicators.On the basis of the constructed index system,the information literacy of the sample school students is analyzed in different regions(Ningnan/Ningbei),school-section(small/early/high),and the corresponding suggestions are put forward from the social,school,family,teachers and other different aspects.The implementations of this study not only to do a preliminary exploration to carry out a full range of basic education students' information literacy research and evaluation for the Ningxia area,but also provides reference and reference for other regions to carry out similar assessment.
