In system design process, this paper researched status of business analysis of chinese unicom tianjin branch, combined with the current development of today’s business analysis information management system is proposed based on B/S mode business analysis system of unicom tianjin branch. When developing the system uses a bottom-up approach to development, the use of easy to develop, easy deployment, high security, high efficiency J2EE. But also in the system design process this paper joined the MVC achieve separation of business logic and pages, improved maintainability.Based on Oracle database, business analysis system of Tianjin Unicom is established and on line operated. Through this system, operating data are analysed, more timely and accurate information are provided for market strategy formulation, the achievements of business information management become the strong support of the market management activities, a solid foundation is established for the evolution of next generation system platform.
