With the opening up of telecommunications market, customers have more choices for telecommunications services, and Telecom enterprises to compete for customers has become increasingly fierce. A large number of low-loyal customers switch to other telecom enterprise or change business. Even take preventative measures can effectively restrain the massive loss of clients, causing the movement of a sharp decline in operating income. Meanwhile, the development of telecommunications technology and innovation continue to produce all new business. How to classific the market and the customer, how to sell the most suitable business to the customers who most needed, Becomes the important topic of the telecommunication enterprise. Shanxi Mobile operating system is analyzed in the context of this building.Business analysis support systems is based on the other system data to business operation support system, construct a unified enterprise data warehouse. Use advanced OLAP and data mining technology to help enterprises understand the business decision-making enterprises operating in the status, found that the operation of the advantages and disadvantages of forecasting future trends; help classificating of the market and customer, marketing guidance , customer service departments targeted marketing and effective customer relationship management; and finally carries on the objective accurate appraisal to thepolicy-making execution situation.Business analysis support systems of Shanxi Mobile is based on analysis of data warehouse TERADATA, it is processed mainly for data processing, the source from horizontal to vertical integration of data to the data collected, and is a data message to the evolution of the process. As the BOSS system is ORACAL database, which in TERADATA there is no direct interface, so the data need to be addressed, primarily by the ETL process scheduling tool. Software architecture is divided into three levels, namely, data acquisition layer, data mart layer, the application layer analysis. The access layer with the major BOSS systems, call centers, Intelligent Network, NMS and other external data interface and other functions, including data extraction, data transmission, single detail merger, data warehousing, Loading conversion functions such as ETL, ODS interface for data storage. Storage layer consists of a central data warehouse, data mart public summary, application summary data mart, which central data store View unified enterprise data, including tents Details data, billing data set alone, Summary of public data mart. Access Layer mainly oriented towards the users, including marketing, statistical analysis, policy management, through predefined inquiries, customized statements, multidimensional analysis, spot inquiries, such as front-end display KPI visit functions and business analysis, sales management, decision support and other applications. At three levels, ETL processing and data quality throughout all the data processing.The main content in this paper include the study for mobile business, data warehouse, ETL processing and OLAP (on-line analysis process). Among them, the analysis and design of OLAP is the most important part of the exposition has given up.
