Study On Knowledge Management Applications In Network Monitoring Center Of Lanzhou Mobile

Come into the era of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes the key resource in enterprise growth and development. The traditional enterprise management is facing enormous challenges, but also with the development of new opportunities. As a result, people pay more and more attention to the knowledge management. By the use of information technology, knowledge management is a process management of the definition of knowledge, creating, sharing and transfer, storage, transmission and application. Practice has proved, through the implementation of knowledge management, the organization’s survival ability and competitive advantage can be improved.In the knowledge intensive enterprises, like Telecommunications operators, the role of knowledge management is particularly important. The network monitoring center of Lanzhou mobile, need a lot of knowledge-based resources to support its daily work, therefore, it has very important significance to carry out the knowledge management in it. In this paper, based on the knowledge management theory, combined with the characteristics of the mobile network monitoring center in Lanzhou mobile, we design the corresponding knowledge management system architecture, and the implementation of the system has carried on the deep discussion and research.In this paper, the research emphasis is to analyze the network monitoring center of the status quo of knowledge management and the design and implementation of its knowledge management system. Firstly, this paper expounds the relevant theories of knowledge management and its system builds. And then, we take a brief analysis of the network monitoring center’s overall situation. Through the in-depth analysis on the present situation of knowledge management, we summarize and analyze it in the current existing problems of knowledge management work. On the basis of above work, According to design principle of the network monitoring center knowledge management system, this paper designed a structure and function of knowledge management system of it. Finally, we analyzed the breakthrough point, advantages and obstacles of the implementation of the network monitoring center of Lanzhou mobile’s knowledge management system, beyond that, we makes recommendations to the strategy’s implement and the safeguard measures are proposed, with the forecasting effect of the system implementation are predicated. Through the application study of the network monitoring center of Lanzhou mobile in its knowledge management system, this paper constructs a knowledge management platform, which has certain guiding significance to improve the level of knowledge management and enhance the organization’s core competitiveness. At the Last Part, we summarized the work in this paper, and the future research work is prospected.
