RFID’s Function In The Metropolitan Area Networking

The Internet of things industry has developed rapidly in recent years. RFIDtechnology is one of the underlying technology of the Internet of things，combined with avariety of sensors can be massive "objects" linked to the Internet, for data collection andtransmission and intelligent processing. This is the technology which can not be replacedby others currently.This article expounds the application of RFID in the metropolitan area of thingsfirstly. Combining with the characteristics of RFID, the corresponding application platformis developed.it studies the working principle, the basic function and the basiccharacteristics of base station，electronic tags hardware structure, the characteristics of thelabel and its working principle in detail. It explains the working principle ofdouble-frequency card which completed the anti collision processing design with themethod of frequency division and time division. Software platform has designed theapplication layer, API, the service layer and base layer, the detailed architecture of RFIDsystem is given in detail on the base layer. Based on the characteristics of the system, itmakes the design in the network data`s security. Due to the widely used, mon one hand, ichose one of the application of point "intelligent campus" for case analysis. In this article,the application background、the deployment process、the working principle of system areall presented in detail. On the other hand, I select some actual data sample to explain theproblems appeared in the testing process.The results show the feasibility of service in various industries of the RFID in themetropolitan area of things. The design of collision prevention guarantee the accuracy ofreading and writing on the mass electronic tag effectively.The design of the network datasecurity architecture guarantees the security of data effectively. It proves that thetechnology of RFID will play an important role in campus’ security management.
