With the rapid development of universities and the great progresses of higher education reform, the construction of digital campus has become the important work in the information system of universities. With the example of the construction of digital information of a vocational college, this paper discusses the designing conception of digital camplus of RFID based on the IOT(the Internet of Things). Take the digital library for an example, it also explores the problems and solutions in the digital construction and achieves the digital information management system. The completed tasks are in the following:The key technology of RFID and its problems and solutions in the application are studied. A detailed introduction on the breakthrough point of application in the digital campus and its existing solutions are given. In addition, the design and model of digital smart library system, the specific book lending business processes and future applications of RFID technology in libraries are descibed.The status of the digital campus, campus resources management system (URP) and the characteristics of the next generation of digital campus are analyzed. The campus common unified authentication method, including password-based password authentication, smart card-based authentication, digital certificate-based authentication, face recognition-based authentication, are studied. The appropriate authentication method for the digital campus system is selected. With the actual situation in colleges and universities, it mades a Digital Campus verification platform based on the IOT.The digital smart library system based on the RFID techniques is designed and implemented. It uses the Object-oriented development method, based on the actual situation of digital smart libraries of vocational college. A detailed design to the library workflow, system framework, the realization of the module function is given. The system is completely constructed with true three-tier; complied with international standards, functional modularity, standardization, the middle layer of mutual tolerance, automatic load balancing, supporting for multiple operating system platforms and database systems. Finally the easy connection from each system by the level of software architecture is made.
