Local E-government Information Resource Sharing

In the whole process of research,we found that the study on supporting platform of down-layer database is getting weaker after reading numerous technical papers. Among most technical realization,the fundamental method is to encapsulate and improve the database system again. Few people change the whole system totally. Usually,they'll make an evaluation before building a new system. Most cases are designed to concentrate on integration and reuse. Therefore,many industries are making the uniform database exchange standard to solve the problem of data exchange. But it is a worthy project on how to create safe and stable data exchange environment under complex surroundings.What we use at present are data application service and web service,which are divided into three levels:the upper-layer use web service to make data exchange,the mid-layer use the form of distributed operation components and the down-layer use comprehensive data supporting platform. As to the data operation of system's upper-layer,case on application integrative is a new research position. So the key point of e-government design is to understand e-government affairs well. There were two problems during the research. One is the understanding on problem domain and the other is learning of the new technology.Through communication and discussion with related departments,we knew concerned concepts of problem domain and main processing steps deeply. We can observe how system operates on the whole. And we have established the frame of departments'subject database and deciding database has been built initiatively. The structure of filing database has been designed well and the exchange standards of all data nodes are encapsulated by using marked languages. Therefore,for the old system,the parts that need to rectify have been improved. And the using technology has been acquired through reading papers and studying hard.We can make it step by step. So far,we have built models of data stream on the whole system,marked every data requirement,built system's down-layer frame initiatively and found how to build the data security models. So the next work is to make the details and realize technical supporting.
