Design And Implement Of Science And Technology Project Management System Based On ASP.NET

With the deepening of the super-ministries reform, the merge of science and technology,information technology ministry and other related government ministries are also graduallyin-depth. Various software business management systems of the government also need tobe integrated and improvement. Science and technology project managementinstitution shoulder the important task of information construction and informationoperation management construction. With the high-speed development of informationtechnology, the range of IT facilities running ability and IT service managementchallenges both were faced the challenges. Besides, challenges to the operationmanagement level and ability of the government information center operation wereput forward. New requirements were produced to the science and technology projectmanagement due to the changes in the external environment. These changes are newinformation industrial projects put forward higher requirements, and the requirementsof the standardization of project management, and become a "Service Government"model respectively. Department cooperation, resource sharing, examination andapproval management of special funds information and leadership decision supportare demands of internal management and development.In this thesis, design and implement of science and technology project managementsystem based on ASP.NET has been studied. Using the advanced technology ofASP.NET and popular B/S system structure, we design a science and technologyproject management system based on Visual C#and Visual Studio2005, SQL Server2005database. The system will be the information network technology is applied tothe science and technology project management mode, the combination of projectapplication online information provided by enterprises and Management institutionbackstage project examination and approval and Science and technology funds management, easy to greatly improve the management efficiency of technologicalproject examination and approval, strengthening the management of projectmanagement. Through this system, realize information management, projectmanagement, document management, science and technology funds management,funds management, statistics management, Department management and systemmanagement functions, it has certain practical value. In this paper, the researchbackground, significance of the research, research status at home and abroad, maincontents of research are introduced. Then we introduced in detail about the scienceand technology project management theory and system development environment andASP.NET technology and Visual Studio2005and SQL Server2005database. Third,the system demand and function on the science and technology project managementsystem are analyzed, and the principles and scheme of the system design are putforward, and we also make analysis of the system database design. Finally, therealization of system function are described in detail.
