Interactive Science And Technology Project Management System Research And Design

The department of science and technology management is a place where scientific research activities and management of scientific research resources are engaged, and its employees are major force in science and technology management. Currently, the dealing of business management reminds basically at the manual or half-manual stage. There is an important problem that how to regular the mananagement of science and technology planned projects, increase management efficiency and decision capability in the font of heavy tasks of technology management. In order to prompting the standardization of technology business management, improving the efficiency of technology management, enhancing technological and serviceable capabilities for the public, it's urgent to use computer, network and other auxiliary tools to implement the electronical management for the procedure of technology management business.In this paper, we use a special case, which is the development of interaction science and technology planned project management system, to state how to implement the electronical management. By using tools of structure diagram, we model the flow of technology planned project management business based on the analysis of business demands. Meanwhile, we use the structure design method to designing four subsystem and one database and finally realize interaction science and technology planned project management system. The four subsystem are network declaration management subsystem, network examination management subsystem, network qualification management subsystem, data exchange management subsystem. Through practical application, it shows that the system can not only be used by administrative departments of technology management to fill recommend options or audit decisions, but also support the administrative department of project management to qualifies and manages the established projects and three types of expenditure in science and technology. As a resul , the same information are avoided typing repeatedly, the interaction time is saved between enterprises and the administrative department of project management. Furthermore, the interaction science and technology planned project management system implements the automated process at the internal business management, the work efficiency and service capability are improved effectively, that it's good to support the management decisions.
