| Nowadays, with the economic and technological development, the Internet hasinfiltrated into all aspects of production and life, especially in science andtechnology program project. Many provinces and cities have launched their ownmanagement information system, so that declaration of the project can be throughthe Internet, which is replacing the traditional pager-based declaring method.This pager’s study background is Jinzhou management system of science andtechnology project, which is based on the Analysis of business needs of Jinzhouscience and technology bureau. Combined of the science and technologymanagement theory and advanced information technology, this pager useObject-Oriented Analysis and Design Methods, and provide a detailed description ofsystem-level design and implementation. In the technical aspects of the system, thesystem uses B/S structure, Ajax technology, MySQL database, ADO.NET, UMLmodeling as well as some other related technologies. The main function of thesystem consists of the information maintenance of the reporting unit, management ofproject, contract, annual report and final report. In the design process, it usesbusiness flow chart, flow chart of data and object-oriented analysis and design of thesystem static and dynamic behavior modeling analysis.The success of Jinzhou management system of science and technology projectproves the effectiveness, efficiency and security of the online project reportingsystem. |
