In modern industrial control systems,Electric valve is an importantequipment, its control is a hot issue in the field of industrial control.With therapid development of industrial automation, microelectronics and advancedalgorithms gradually applied electric valve, The valve control system began todevelop in the direction of intelligent, efficient, which improves theperformance of safety. How to realize the accurate control of electric valvewhich become the hot issue, the intelligent electric valve controller is the bestchoice.This article is based on the analysis about essential requirements ofcurrent industry to the valve position controller..The BLDC is the drivecomponent of intelligent electric actuators.With its simple structure,large andhigh efficiency output. The article selects STM32RBT6as a core componentof the controller,STM32RBT6possess not only the functions of the remotecontrolling,the real-time display of various parameters,the diagnosis of faultand the failure protection and the soft judging of reference parameters comingfrom remote control center,but also help to realize long-range control and thedata collection.Firstly, the article introduces the present situation on the development ofelectric valve controller, selects BLDC as drive components and carry throughthe analysis of BLDC,secondly,an overall design of the valve electric actuatinghas been made in this article,the studying and developing of the control systemhas been made aslo. Design of hardware circuit and software program of thecontroller is introduced in the article,finally,through the adjusting and runningof the instrument indicates,the whole design is feasible,the presumed functionhas been realized.
