Research And Development Of New Valve Electric Actuator

Valve electric actuating equipments are widely used to operate and regulate valves in modern control system, and the valve electric controller is a main section of the valve electric actuating equipment. In detail the author analyzed the valve electric actuating equipments and their controllers at home and abroad, then studied and developed the new generation of intelligent controller for the valve electric actuating equipment based on the past successful experience. This valve electric controller with the core of micro-controller AT89c2051 possesses not only the functions of a normal regulating device, such as testing, detecting, controlling and regulating, but also more functions which helps to realize the remote controlling, the real-time display of various parameters, the diagnosis of fault and the failure protection and the soft judging of reference parameters coming from remote control center.Following the principle of safety, reliability, conveniences and advancement, an overall design of the valve electric actuating equipment has been made in this article, the studying and developing of the control system has been made also. The software used for controlling the system in assembler language is also programmed. Meantime, in order to improve the anti- interference abilities of this instrument, a series of software-and-hardware measures of protection have been adopted. The adjusting and running of the instrument indicates that the whole design is feasible and reliable and the presumed function has been realized.
