With the development Modern Electronics Technique, Control theory and Motor control technique. Brushless Direct Current Motor(BLDC), as a combination of these technology,has played an important role in various of fields. Though BLDC has simple structure, it's easy to control and its reliability can be ensured when operation is enabled. more advantages are as followed: speed regulation has good performance and high torque also make sure of efficiency at the same time. Moe requirements f motion controlling taken the problem of single tactics of motor control. It's necessary to develop an Bus-based control system of BLDC to communicate every single motor to make them to work together, so different control function can be implement.In this article,after learning a lot about the structure of BLDC, the operation principle of control method, we design a control system based on STM32 of BLDC following the feature.then we established the control scheme, set up hardware platform, design control board and drive board. After confirming the reliability of our hardware platform, we design software platform, we introduce software part of our control system. To make BLDC run precisely and get higher performance in whole system, we have a solution of Current-Speed double closed loop, by changing duty cycle of PWM to control the speed of BLDC. furthermore, in this article we described the CANopen in detail, through CANopen we can get communication with other devices.Last but not least,according the BLDC'MATLAB model, we detected the precision and performance of Current-Speed double closed loop in theory, adjust the PID parameters and made comparison with the actual running state by sending information of velocity via CAN.
