Based on embedded computer, the embedded system becomes a new developing trend in the IT field at the tail of network. Having characteristics of little volume, high performance, low power consumption and high reliability, embedded systems have been widely used in many fields such as national defence, consumer electronics, information appliance, network communication and industry control, etc. The applications of 32bit controller units and embedded operation system are representative in these fields.Mainly used in Land Spacecraft Model and Water Model Control System, sensorless BLDC Motor can also undertake a control task of the motor speed adjustment to accept PWM signal to control. In the course of operation, motor control system have an accurate measurement to the motor current, and perfectly control the motor commutation by the feedback of artificial settings and self-adjusted control system. In this way, it can maximize power of motor, effectively extend the stagnant time in the air, and reduce the power waste. It is significant in saving energy, increasing power and guaranteeing security. The paper has finished the following work mainly:①the paper introduces the inner architecture and operational principle of 32bit ARM controller,and the operational principle of the embedded real-time operating systemμC/OS-II②it also introduces the migration of the embedded real-time operating systemμC/OS-II in S3C2410.③the article design the hardware circuit of sensorless BLDC Motor control system. The hardware system is consist of S3C2410A, three-phase MOSFET commutation circuit, verfull current detection, detaching voltage network made up of the dummy center and resistance, through zero detection circuit made up of A/D commutator, and electrical source circuit etc.④The article present a self-adjusted commutation arithmetic about BLDC Motor. The precision of commutation veracity of BLDC Motor is very difficult. The inaccurate commutation can result in the dithering of motor and the decline of motor power, especially for the same motor. The commutation time of the same motor may not to be the same in different load settings, in this way the self-adjusted arithmetic is a relatively nice choice.⑤The paper has given a overfull current detection arithmetic which aimed at the actuality that a overfull current burned driving chip in internal congener product .It can effectively solve the problem, and realize the fixed goal which have access to the international level.
