This thesis give a further research in the field of Micro-controller Unit ( MCU) system which is now used wildly and the Fuzzy Control algorithm which is popular in the control field. We take the adjustable valve as control objects and research the methods of the realizing of the hardware, software and algorithm of the system. That is we design the control unit based on 80C196KC Single Chip and use the Fuzzy Control algorithm to control the movement of electric executor. The control signals are given by small infrared remote controller and PC, they can set the parameters of the system also. The infrared remote controller not only can give the signals, but can receive the signals from the adjustable valve, which is an important characteristic of this system.The main work and research results of the thesis include following:1.Design the realizing methods of controller unit, including LED display module, communication module, infrared remote controller module,etc.2.Design a kind of infrared remote controller to monitor and control the moving of the electric executor.3.Design the communication module with CAN field-bus and program the monitor software in Delphi environment.4.The capability of anti-disturbance(EMC) will directly affect the security of system. I introduce the anti-disturbance measures of hardware and software in this thesis.5.Do some research on control algorithm. Give the simulation result in Matlab and the realizing method in this system.Through the application of this system, we can conclude that this scheme of system design is reasonable and reliable. The design of the infrared remote controller let this system more fit for the application in industry environment. |
