Reaearch And Implementation Of Small Enterprise Management Platform Based On Mobile Technology

With the development of Internet technology, enterprise information construction is becoming far more important. Nevertheless, the management requirements of small enterprises were not satisfied by the existing enterprise management platforms as a result of the multiple characteristic. Therefore, the small enterprise managers urgently need a business management software to achieve the construction of enterprise information.In this paper, the SaaS mobile enterprise management platform was designed and implemented. It is based on SSH, Bootstrap and Bee Framework. And for the server program to be extended and replanted in future, Java and Eclipse are preferred as the implementation language and tool. Meanwhile, Objective-C and Xcode are preferred as the implementation language and tool for the mobile application.The paper firstly presents an overview of the current status of domestic and foreign small enterprises information construction. Further, the author analyses the organization characteristics of small enterprises, so as to summarize the system target user type. According to the analysis of business process, the paper uses UML to capture functional requirements of enterprise management platform. Secondly, the system is divided into some modules with definite function, proper size and independence on the base of system logic model. The followed is the design and implementation of functional module based on mobile application development technology. In the end, the paper offers the operation effects of the small enterprises management platform.
