Research And Design Of E-learning Platform Of Property Management Enterprises Based On SaaS

With the high development of Chinese property management industry, the enterprises need a lot of high-quality talents, but the quality of employees in property management enterprises is low. There are lots of problems in staff training, because of the low profit of property management enterprises. E-learning is a learning method based on network, it can reduce costs and improve learning efficiency, so it is adopted by many enterprises. SaaS uses the idea of renting service, builds the platform in which all the necessary network infrastructure and hardware operation can exit for enterprises. Saas sharply reduces the cost of enterprises informatization, it is the best solution of small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, how to use E-learning, a new way of training, and SaaS, the innovative software business model, to help property management enterprises to do staff training better is a problem to be solved.The paper firstly analyzes the training situation of property management enterprises, the research status of e-learning system and SaaS model characteristics and software application architecture.Secondly, it is guided by object-oriented theory and based on UML model for analysis and design of E-learning Platform for Property Management Enterprises based on SaaS.In the part of system analysis and design, it does requirement analysis according to SaaS model and training method of property management enterprise, and then, analyzes the key technology of the third level of SaaS maturity model, finally, accomplishes system analysis and design by function atomizing, static modeling, dynamic modeling, architecture design and database design.The E-learning platform for property management enterprises based on SaaS combines E-learning and SaaS with training of property management enterprises. It has a positive thing in all property management enterprises, E-learning and SaaS industry.
