With the maturity of network technology, network curriculum development hasgained more and more attention. Network curriculum which is a kind of method mainlyon autonomous learning and under the guidance of teachers in the network environment.It can make learners more autonomy in learning, relatively free to govern their ownlearning time. But for most of the students, using this kind of study way, still need to bein under teachers’ necessary supervision. In recent years, the country vigorouslyencourage the development of occupation education, vocational education as a higherstage of occupation education that is concerned widely. The rise of network teachingplatform, provides a new form for higher vocational education, how to use the existingnetwork teaching platform to develop a suitable for higher vocational college studentswho use the network curriculum is an important task in vocational education research.In order to solve the above problem, this paper takes use of the literature analysis,comparative analysis, and case analysis and questionnaire method. First of all, byanalyzing the origin and theoretical basis of "task driven" teaching method,summarizing the characteristics of "task driven" teaching method. Second,on the basisof considering the higher vocational college students’ learning characteristics,curriculum objectives and learning content, combined with the basic process of Moodlenetwork curriculum development, summed up the general process of the Moodle "taskdriven" network curriculum development, and in accordance with the process, trying touse "task driven" teaching method as guidance,"webpage design and making"curriculum as an example, to construct "task driven" network curriculum, realized the"task driven" teaching method network course first attempt in the construction. Finally,the curriculum into practical teaching, again through the questionnaire survey to obtaindata about the respect such as evaluation data curriculum resources satisfaction andplatform usability,to find out the shortage of curriculum, for the future integratingteaching and Moodle platform to construct network providing curriculum referenceexperience.
