The Designing And Developing Of Postal Pre-Job Training Net Curriculums Based On Moodle Platform

Based on the common spirit of openness, equality, cooperation and sharing of social constructivism and the open source movement, keeping up with the blended training pattern and postal staff training practice, taking the example of"Net Courses For Postmen Pre-Job Training", this paper attempts to research into the designing and application of postal enterprises training curriculums, with an eye to set up a new web-based training environment for working and studying, communicating and cooperating, releasing and sharing by means of open source LMS and net teaching platform Moodle.This paper first introduced the Moodle net learning platform and net curriculum designing from theoretical and technical perspectives, and then described in detail the designing thoughts of net curriculum on the Moodle platform to put forward the Moodle net teaching structural project, on which basis"the Net courses for postmen pre-job training"were developed.Against the background of the implementation of"The Strategy Of Strengthening China Post With Talented Staff", this paper tried to provide a new idea for postal enterprises to develop distance training to carry out the program of improving the quality of staff focusing on large-scale staff training, to resolve the general contradiction between working and learning.
