Design And Implementation Of JSON Message-based Financial Self-service Device Monitoring System

With the continuous reform of financial information, financial self-serviceequipment in the type and number of areas have been increased significantly forunattended monitoring systems for financial self-service equipment demand isincreasing.The financial system is the industry standard for reference, with the existingterminal client program, closely integrated banking system, through real-timemonitoring equipment and transactions, transaction quickly find equipmentmalfunction or abnormal, for severe abnormalities, the use of SMS notification,improve the efficiency of information transmission, the user through the remotecontrol for a simple operation of the terminal, block the further effect of the anomaly,reducing damage caused due to abnormal, with a high practical value.Existing financial self widespread equipment monitoring system does not supportmultiple types of terminals, monitoring contents of a single, can not remotely controland other issues. The main research work and innovations are as follows;1. Using JSON format data exchange as a device monitoring packet format andthe detailed design of the data exchange format of the packet;2. The designed is follow WOSA/XFS standard specification Agent programdeployed in each terminal, the system through Agent communication with differenttypes of terminals, the difference of the terminal shield;3. By Agent and terminal client, docking banking system, to achieve the terminalequipment and the transaction status of the dual real-time monitoring, to solve theproblem of a single monitoring content;4. For severely abnormal situation, the system uses SMS warning and acceleratedspeed of information transmission, improve emergency response abnormal speed andreduce the loss caused due to abnormal5. Provide remote control feature, users can remotely basic operation of theterminal, while also enabling bulk terminal template issued.The system has good scalability, portability, reusability. System testing and pilotbanks show that the system running safe, reliable, stable and able to support multipletypes of self-service equipment, the equipment or transaction when an exceptionoccurs, can quickly catch the exception and give tips, with good ease of use and practicality, can well meet the needs of financial self-monitoring equipment.
