The waste water control of Wei is a national special project. In Wei River valley, especially in the central Shaanxi Plain, small and medium-sized cities scatter dispersively. Besides, there is a sparse population in this area. The level of urbanization is poor. Water resource is not rich enough, and Sewage quantity is small. Waterspouts and drainage schemes are morbidity. Economic strength is not powerful enough and the management level is backward in a way. The sewage treatment works spread dispersively. In order to pick-up information and dispatch, this issue designs a system of real-time monitor (RTM) of teledata acquisition. There are three parts in this system. They are the equipment of field data acquisition, the equipment of data transmission and the software of surveillance center.This issue starts with an introduction of the major structure of this system. The equipment of field data acquisition is composed of some equipment of intelligent acquisition (such as the transducer) and PLC. According to the sorts of contaminations in the sewage, this system selects some equipment of intelligent meters to collect the contaminations in the sewage. Such as BOD analyzer, COD analyzer, ammonia analyzer, total phosphorus analyzer, suspended substance/turbidness intelligent meter. The pint-sized truss of collecting and distributing, in which the PLC is the key controller, is also used in this system. The main task of controller is to process the data which is collected by the intelligent acquisition equipment, transmit it to GPRS network by the GPRS-DTU, and transmit it to the surveillance of tributary of Wei by the connector of GPRS network and internet.In surveillance center, real-time data base system will submit the real-time teledata to the surveillance software. Then surveillance software will show these real-time data to supervisor in chart. In this way, the supervisors can collect the timely and precise data and dispense with the need to go to the scene to study. This not only increases the work efficiency, but also economizing the time to dispose the sewage. Besides, this supervisory software can collect the historical data according to various regions and seasons, which can help the decision makers to make predictable decisions for the different sections in the different seasons. Real-time data base system will compress and store the historical data according to the data compression arithmetic of revolution door.In order to increase the expandability of this system, this system adopts the technology of distributed Web Service. This technology is in charge of releasing the data of surveillance center, which is convenient for the surveillance centers in Wei basin and the other tributaries to look over and reference these data. This can increase the expandability and maintainability of system to a great extent.This system gives us a good way to resolve situations in some distant mountain area in Wei basin, where limited conditions lead to our decision makers can't deal with problems because they can't obtain the water quality indexes timely. This system creates conditions for radical control of water pollution in Wei.
