As for the development of journals, Party’s journals is the main element of china’s special culture of socialism,which holds comprehesive influence and guidance of public opinion. For over60years, as a major component of the Party’s journals, provincial Party’s journals plays pricinpal media roles for propagating theoretical commitment, principles and policies of central Party and provincial Party.In the new era, in the face of three aspects of contradictions such as authority and readability, diversified development and the traditional model of journal, Journal of public welfare and business, the majority of the provincial Party’s journals continue their traditional mode, either in content or business to Anhui,"Jianghuai" as the representative of most journals, the advantage of "Jianghuai" is gradually lost. In the face of fierce competition between the traditional media and new media,"Communist Party member"of Liaoning and "South" of Guangdong as the representative of the individual Party’s journals managed to achieve a breakthrough. What characteristics are they in the process of development? What difficulties does "Jianghuai" meet in the development process? What experience of Liaoning and Guangdong is worth learning for Anhui? As the representative of the most provincial Party’s journals, Where’s Jianghuai’s future way? With these questions, this paper carried out in-depth research.Chapter I is the introduction, including the research purpose and significance, status, methods.Chapter II is about the history of development and present situation of provincial Party’s journals, found that in the China peculiar political cultural background, Party’s journals is far away from the news media in the true meaning.Chapter III studies the provincial Party’s journals’ three development modes: the market model of "Communist Party member", the elite model of "South" and the traditional propaganda mode of "Jianghuai".Chapter IV is about the history of "Jianghuai", through the comparison with the "Communist Party member" and the "South",discoverying that most provincial Party’s journals as "Jianghuai" are unable to take the road of the market, but also take the road of professional road, but the successful experience of Liaoning and Guangdong can give them inspirations.The final part is the conclution. The majority of provincial Party’s journals as "Jianghuai" need to adhere to the public interest and the market do many things at once, change "speech" to "public opinion", keep attention to major social events, interprete the policy professionally, and break through to the new media, hoping to help the development of provincial Party’s journals.
