| In order to solve the problem of the signals, the government required every province must have a channel to communicate via satellite. Under such an order, the pattern of province-based satellite TV came into being. With the signals that can be transmitted all over the country, the struggle for ads has been intense. The competition for ads has given rise to the division of she provincial satellite TV. This thesis analyzes the whole situation of the provincial satellite TV , incorporating the environment of administrative regulations for existence. the audience . the ads resources and the mass media competition .That is, Strategically, we take the road of regional-oriented development; tactically, we seek for the establishment of our status in the new competition by promoting characteristic channel program and integrating the social resources.
