A Study Of Information Service Innovative System Construction Of Local Academy Of Social Sciences Library Under The New Environment

At present, Academy of Local Social Sciences Library is confronted with the new internal and external environment, new advances in information technology, the development of Library Science’s theory and application, the changes of information users’needs, the external environment and ways of information resource, information users’structure and the "isolated island" of the external environment, the author realizes that information service will be the fate of being eliminated without innovation and transformation.The author puts forward several major contradictions at present through investigating and analyzing the present situation of information resources, human resources, ways of information service, information users’ needs and behaviors on Academy of Local Social Sciences Library and information users of Anhui Academy of Social Sciences Library:the contradiction between the supply and the demand of information resource and the demands of information users is more and more obvious, the content and pattern of the backward information service and the demand of information users under the digital environment is becoming more and more incongruous, information service personnel quality is difficult to meet the needs of modern service personnel, the lack of library information user communication and feedback system between user and library services is growing estrangement, the reality and the concept of contradiction between "going out" strategy is prominent. Aiming at these contradictions, the author puts forward several innovative measures which is feasible from the point of view of the construction of information resources, service items, service content, service concept, human resources, quality control and evaluation by jointing the characteristics of Academy of Local Social Sciences Library and on the basic of rules of objectivity, applicability, economy, sustainable development and people-oriented in order to change the backwardness of Academy of Local Social Sciences Library.This paper contains eight parts:The first part is introduction. It includes the background, purpose and significance, content, methods of research and innovation. The innovation of this paper aims to solve the contradiction between information users and information service under the guidance of "people-oriented" service concept and the digital environment. And on the basis of deep research, it presents the application and practical solutions.The second chapter is the summary of domestic and foreign development of library information service trend and Local Academy of Social Sciences Library information service innovation. It explains that the information service development trend of domestic and foreign libraries and the current situation of information service innovation on Local Academy of Social Sciences Library.The third chapter introduces the Local Academy of Social Sciences Library and the main task, the difference between Local Academy of Social Sciences and the public library, the characters of information resources and the information users on the Local Academy of social sciences library.The fourth chapter is that Local Academy of Social Sciences Library is confronted with the new environment, analyzing the macro and micro environment.The fifth chapter describes the present situation of information service of Local Academy of Social Sciences Library and focuses on the data obtained from the objective facts。The sixth chapter studies the existing problems of information service of Local Academy of Social Sciences Library,and elaborate the existing problems from the constituent elements of information services as entry points.The seventh chapter puts forward several major feasible measures through the construction of information resources, service idea, contents and ways of information service, human resources and quality control and evaluation based on the construction of information service innovation theory of Local Academy of Social Sciences Library.The eighth chapter is conclusion part that emphasizes the "people oriented" idea again.The author of this paper hopes that this study can be applied to specific work and has enlightenment and impetus on Local Academy of Social Sciences Library’s innovation and transformation.
