Automated warehouse is a kind of comprehensive engineering on the pretreating of material and the science of Logistics. As an important part of Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS) and modern technique of Logistics, this kind of electromechanical product of high-technology, which is a combination of information, storage and management, is receiving much recognition now.The main content of this paper are as follows. Firstly, it is introduced that the integrated design of the electrical control system for automated warehouse by analyzing the operation flow of the automatic house. In this plan, the industrial computer is used as a center to attemper, manage and supervise automated warehouse. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is used as aisle vehicle controller. Field bus enables the data communications between industrial computer and PLC. Thereafter, the models of PLC, motors and motor drivers are selected based on the system requirements. Afterwards, some blueprints for power supply and equipments connection are shown. And then, the design process of PLC user program and HMI software are explained.The design of whole system has passed a series of testing, and run well in pract?? operation. The system, which has convenient operation and better efficient practicability, is very convenient in the improving and extending of the control function for the future.
