In recent years, China’s TV industry by leaps and bounds, presents a relativelyprosperous development situation. After dating game TV show red level screen, fromthe second half of2010began to focus on the social problem of employment of theseTV shows the meteoric rise of television industry a new bright spot in China. Atpresent, these television programs in each big television station at or above theprovincial level to promote step by step, not only some prefecture-level TV also hascarried on the corresponding experiment. The meteoric rise of these TV shows are inour country television career prosperity and progress in the background of socialenvironment, the impetus of the global wave of reality, the domestic employmentcontradiction under the stimulus of the birth and development.Since2003, our countrythe first kind of TV show "new youth" in the workplace, to such programs ofprosperous now, ten years of these TV shows has experienced the germination period,development period, the outbreak period. As a result, these TV shows popular bothcater to meet the demand of social reality and entertainment demand factor, also hasmany years of history. Workplace class television industrialization and marketizationin our country at present stage, record and dramatic, interactive and participatory etc,but also exist homogeneity phenomenon serious, functional and entertaining tobalance and authenticity in question. At present, the number of these TV shows hasgradually become saturated, and each big brand programs will continue to play anadvantage. Faced with fierce competition, change and innovation has become theinevitable choice of this kind of program development and driving force, whichrequires programming operators from content, form, professional, functional, androute of transmission, audience interaction, marketing pattern, etc, according to the requirements of the audience and promote such programs of new market trendschange.Based on these TV programs in China as the research object, through collecting alarge number of literature, watching the corresponding video, using literature research,comparative analysis, cross research, case analysis and other methods, to our countrybackground and trajectory workplace programs, characteristics and future trends,development way, etc, made a systematic description and analysis. Paper is dividedinto five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part of the thesis, mainly introduces selectedtopic significance, the research dynamic of this study, research methods, innovation.The second chapter summarizes the background of these TV show in China. Thischapter to business class television program concept is defined, and analyzes thebackground of these TV shows in China and the prosperity of the global it in ourcountry the rise of the reality craze, the domestic employment contradictionsgradually highlight and social environment in China is more open, etc.The third chapter discusses the trajectory of these TV shows in China. Thischapter first introduced our country working class television’s origins, its originmainly includes early career information dissemination activity and abroad shows therise of the same type and the introduction. Secondly, this chapter will our countryworking class television program development phase is divided into sprout period,development period, the outbreak period, the stages and analyzes the characteristics,performance, etc., further depict the development trajectory of such programs inChina.The fourth chapter is the present stage our country working class televisionprogram characteristics and disadvantages are analyzed. This chapter will present theworkplace class television program summary of characteristics for theindustrialization and marketization, record and drama, interactive and participatory,entertainment and athletics. Such programs at the same time this paper points out theproblems in existing shortcomings, namely homogeneity phenomenon serious,functional and entertaining to question the truth of balance and programs. Chapter5working class in China, the development course and current situationof TV programs, discusses the development trend and way out of such programs inthe future. Our country working class television program number tends to saturated,which brand programs continue to play a "star effect", in the fierce competition forchange has become a working class path and inevitable choice of the show.
