With the continuous development of information technology, all trades and professions in informatization construction, now, the goal of information construction is not only a paperless process, more important is to effectively analyze large amounts of data generated in the process of informationization, and analysis of the information data will be more accurate, more comprehensive situation of industry and the future of the regulation and planning.In the health care industry, the informatization construction that brook no delay,especially in the medical and health industry regulation and planning for drug is more important. Drug regulatory task exceptionally heavy, regional drug supervision needs to be relatively independent of the drag information at all levels of hospitals, an information platform for regional medical institutions for data sharing and exchange of information, on this basis, then on the platform of the data obtained were analyzed.In this paper, the Yangpu District regional health informatization construction of software and system integration project based on the design and implementation of the Yangpu District region, to complete the drug regulatory system. The design goal of Yangpu District regional drug monitoring and management system, is to implement the state’s new health refonn spirit, the national basic drug system based on, the national essential drugs directory as the main reference basis, with data collection, analysis, implementation of the national basic medical institutions of the drug catalogue of drug supervision and Administration of the use of; analysis method use of intelligent data analysis, the formation of drug dosage, amount, frequency of use; using the statistical means, realize the supervision and control of drug dosage fluctuation, the realization of personal use of inquiry, drug use comparison, statistical analysis of drug use, all kinds of general drug use, the mechanism of drug use the situation, the drug income information. Technical line is mainly used in use is the development framework based on B/S architecture. On the client, using four layers framework:UI, PH architecture, UniEAP service clients and J2EE platform. The main work completed rule generation. According to the business rules, in a comprehensive analysis of the basic structure of medical data, manual configuration validation rules. On the server side is divided into four layers:the request processing layer (Action), interactive business object layer,(IABO), the application logic business layer (ALBO) and data access object (DAO). IABO, ALBO, DAO using the Spring IOC configuration; DAO layer using MyBatis framework. The background database is Oracle11gR2.In the whole design and implementation process, mainly to complete the following key problems:demand analysis, the outline design, detailed design, database design, interface design, test scheme design.
