| Following the rapid development of national information, all the works has changed. And Shandong food and drug supervision and Management Bureau also try to use information technology to catch the step of nation. As people pay more attention to the food and drug safety issues, the work of food and drug supervision became more and more important. However, the original office model is inefficient and because of lots of people living in Shandong province, there is numerous works. So that it’s necessary to develop a good management system.Shandong food and drug supervision and Management Bureau designed the system according to the actual local situation. In detail, we used lightweight open source development framework SSH(Struts2+Spring+Hibernate3) which is on the basis of MVC pattern to develop the system. What’s more, the system’s database is SQL server2012 which meets the necessity of safety of the drug management.The system has achieved all the functional requirements and business including sampling plan, drug sampling, drug inspection management, substandard drug verification, basic database operation, data statistical and inquiries, system management business. Every function includes many detail business. For example, sampling plan includes sampling plan management, sampling plan inquiries, testing the implementation scheme. Drug sampling includes basic drug sampling function, evaluating sampling management, monitoring sampling management, not pumped drug record, sampling result printing management. Drug inspection management includes drug collection management, test article reviewing management, time limit management function, quality announcement.The use of drug sampling and test management system of Shandong Province food and drug supervision and management bureau improves the efficiency of administration office greatly and brings convenience to the staff. In another word, the system lets Shandong province food and drug supervision and administration bureau enter a new stage of convenient, networking, information office. And because of that, the system makes great contribution to the drug supervision and management and the people’s food and drug safety. |
