Design And Implementation Of Drug Monitoring System For Drug Administration Of Yingkou City

The main goal of this paper is to establish drug monitoring information system for solving the operation manual and data confusion trouble during the Drug monitoring in State Food and Drug Administration of Yingkou City. By detailed requirements provided from State Food and Drug Administration of Yingkou City, a large number of the analysis and design is done. After several drafts, the final edition had a confirmation for establishing a unified data management platform from State Food and Drug Administration of Yingkou City, which creates a new model of Drug monitoring in the mode of information management.Based on the actual situation of State Food and Drug Administration of Yingkou City drug monitoring, this paper analyzes the requirements of the software, system design, system modeling, system development, system testing, system implementation and system maintenance. In the process of system development, software engineering ideas is used fully, theory with practice, sophisticated software development tools and database tools are utilized to complete the development of software.Among the paper, the focus and difficulty of the work lies in the following parts.(1) Demand Analysis: There were three months positioned in State Food and Drug Administration of Yingkou City to work with the Drug monitoring department to understand the needs. Finally, the requirement of the research specification is compiled.(2) System Design: Based on the business needs of Drug monitoring, the use of UML modeling method to analyze the system. Each module and database system is designed.(3) System Implement: system implement is also called encoding. On the basic of earlier system design and analysis, the final implementation of system is completed.(4) System Test: To complete the system function, performance and other aspects of the test, with the white box and black box testing concept, verify the last step of the system.After nearly a year of work, State Food and Drug Administration of Yingkou City Drug monitoring system has been deployed and put into application. Fine feedback is achieved from users. The Phase II construction will be carried out soon.
