Design And Implementation Of Hospital Drug Management System

Information technology promotes the development of society which changes the work mode in every field.The information technology has infiltrated into various fields,it can improve work efficiency,and reduce operating costs which includes hospital drug management.The old hospital drug management system is used to record drug information.It can not provide support for hospital inventory management,such as stock forecasting,so it can not meet the need of hospital.Therefore,the research and development of new drug management system has great significance,it can enhance the level of hospital information management.The thesis introduces the design and implementation of hospital drug management system which is implemented by C#,and SQL Server2012.According to the communication with pharmacy staff,the system functional requirement is certain which consists of warehouse management,drug management,inventory management,statistical analysis and system maintenance.According to the demand scheme,the system design is completed which consist of module design and database design.In the process of system design,the following research contents are completed:the thesis researches the effects of drug inventory data on procurement plan,and the drug purchasing algorithm is designed.The worker can obtain the drug shortage list by drug purchasing algorithm;it can improve the purchasing working efficiency.If the drug inventory is insufficient,the system can send inventory warning short message,the notice function is implemented by SMS Cat which sends information by AT command.In order to protect system security,the MD5 technology,data backup function,and parallel server technology are introduced.Based on this,the system implementation and system testing are carried out.At last,the system testing is carried out which consists of functional testing and performance testingAt present,the system has been applied to deal with drug management business,it can achieve the standardization and scientific of storehouse management business,and can improve the hospital's work efficiency and management level.
